We had a pleasant stay at this hotel as a group of friends and trekkers. the location was convenient, being close to the airport and in an office area. the room and bathroom were clean, with comfortable furniture and fittings. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with quick responses to our requests. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the cafeteria staff were friendly and accommodating. the experience was enjoyable and worth the price.

The WiFi service was slow and unreliable, which was disappointing for a modern hotel.

Great value and location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered great value for money. Not only was it located in a key area, but it also had a delicious breakfast spread. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. One of the best aspects of my stay was the convenient location, close to restaurants and ATMs.

My positive experience was ruined by the poor condition and cleanliness of my room. The upholstery and bedsheets weren't cleaned properly, and the bathroom was not up to standards.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. It was also incredibly quiet, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was excellent, easily connected by Ola and Uber, with the WB state transport bus stand nearby. The area was non-crowded and there was a wide selection of restaurants just opposite the hotel, including famous street food, CCD, and Absolute Barbeque. The furniture and fittings in the room were of excellent quality, and the breakfast spread was huge. The hotel staff was efficient and took care of everything within minutes. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. the cafeteria had a wide variety of options and the service was excellent. the kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating, even making omelettes to order. the location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip. It was close to the airport, which saved me a lot of travel time. there were some great restaurants and banks nearby, making it easy to find everything I needed.

The cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Despite requesting room cleaning, there were still stains in the corners and under the basin.
